Yes Soundimages Roadshow are. We have been in business for many years and have performed at thousands of functions from weddings and private functions to Blue Chip corporate events. Many of our repeat bookings come from our past clients.

Your initial enquiry details will be dealt with promptly and you will receive a written quote from us with the total fee for your event. Should you then wish to book you can contact us and let us know all of the finer details of you event.

The package includes all you would expect from a premier disco. A very presentable and friendly DJ. Complete with a professional quality sound system and lighting affects and thousands of music tracks from the last five decades right up to the current chart releases.

Unfortunately No. All of the bookings we undertake are either private functions or corporate events. It would be most un-professional of us to to say yes and have uninvited guests come into any venue we are performing at. We have to respect our clients privacy. Taken from another angle, Would you want unkown people coming into your special celebration to ”Listen to the disco” . However we are more than willing to forward any references from our past clients and answer any questions you may have.

To secure your date you need to book as soon as is practicable. Many of our advance bookings are over a year ahead. Don’t leave your entertainment to chance. Once you have arranged the date with your function venue, That is the ideal time to contact us.Please also read our terms & condition page.

No. We do not charge VAT.

If you wish to proceed and book with us we will put all of the relevant details of your event in writing on our agreement form. This you then sign and return to us together with the advance payment cheque of £50 for a disco or £100 for a chocolate fountain. By return you will receive a copy from us for your own files.

You have to inform us of the cancellation in writing. More information is detailed in our Terms and Conditions. These can be seen on this website and printed on the reverse of our agreement form.

Yes. The venue you have hired for your event may well insist on this requirement.

Yes. You can send us your own music choice of ”song list” about 4 weeks prior to your event. We have thousands of music tracks available covering all styles from the last five decades to the current chart releases. If you require it as a guide we will send you the top 100 songs that our clients have requested this year.

Our DJ is experienced professional who will create the right atmosphere for your event by playing the music you want to hear. They will dress very smart and even have Black Tie evening suit should you require it.They will assist in any announcements that need to be made and ensure the smooth running of your event making it a night to remember.

Yes we have excellent back up always carry spare leads and bulbs.

We only use top of the range up to date professional sound systems providing a clear crisp sound. Our lighting equipment is ”intelligent” sound to light controlled. This creates just the right ambience to enhance your event. Our mobile rigs are adequate for up to 120 people. Larger rigs can also be supplied if required.

Yes. With advance notice we can set up whenever you require it. Because of the extra time involved this will incur a small extra charge. We will inform you of this if needed.

If we have easy access to the venue setting up takes 60 minutes but if u have included a chocolate fountain in your party please allow 2 hours as we have dips and chocolate to melt before ur guests turn up. De-rigging take 60 minutes. Please allow for these times when planning your event.

Yes. We often arrange various kinds of quality entertainment. Whatever you require we can supply it.
